work with senior people across a broad range of industries and pride ourselves on
the difference we make to their performance and business results.
- We also coach top teams and Boards. We undertake team
coaching both as a stand-alone service and in combination with individual work
with the team leader.
- Experience has shown that this combination of work delivers particularly powerful
results. We are always alive to the relationship between the individual, team and
the wider system of the organisation.
- Working at several points within a business enables us to understand more fully
the hidden dynamics that may be preventing the individual, group and organisation
from achieving its goals.
- In addition to coaching individuals and teams, we offer custom-made
Leadership Development Workshops and Coaching
Masterclasses.

with and the degree of collaboration which has often developed over time.
- Our aim is always to develop long-term, sustainable relationships based on a detailed
understanding of our clients' development needs. In all our interventions, our work
is carefully tailored so no two assignments are identical.
- We make use of a range of instruments and models across the range of our activities,
according to the needs of the client. We have particular expertise in the design
and use of 360 degree feedback and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ®) personality tool.
