Catherine Sandler ran a extremely well-received Workshop for 52 delegates on 'Transforming
Leadership Behaviours' at the CIPD HRD 2010 Conference

This is the CIPD's flagship annual event, attended by several hundred senior HR
and Learning & Development professionals.
- Sandler Lanz featured in March/April edition of 'Coaching at Work'
Catherine and Kate are on the front cover of the leading coaching journal with a
full profile of their work inside.
- The Sandler Lanz Senior Women's Impact Programme (SWIP), 16th June 2010
This is the third time that Catherine and Kate have run this highly-successful bespoke
1.5 days event for a small group of nominated women leaders. A further programme
is planned for autumn 2010.

Catherine was invited by JLP's Personnel Director to present a session on 'The Emotional
Impact of Change'.
- Leadership Programme (PQP) for Principals in the FE Sector, Warwick Business
School, 18th February 2010
Catherine was invited by the Learning & Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) to present
a session on 'The Psychological and Emotional Role of Leaders during Turbulent Times'
to leaders in the Further Education sector.
- INSEAD Global Leadership Centre (IGLC) Symposium on Coaching, 16th October 2009
Catherine and Kate presented a keynote session on 'Coaching Supervision in Practice:
Concepts and Technique'.
