Jani has been an international consultant since 1989. She is involved in organisational
and leadership development within a wide range of businesses worldwide. Over the
past few years she has concentrated on executive coaching, working individually
with senior leaders and high potential executives. Her proactive, warm yet challenging
and insightful style has helped clients to transform their performance through systematically
identifying and addressing their development needs.
Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Jani worked in Human Resources. She held
a range of roles in both America and Britain within the oil industry, food service
industry, recruitment consultancy and the public sector. She also spent three years
running her own business. This has provided her with broad experience which she
applies with great success to her coaching and consultancy roles.
Since 1989, Jani has been an associate of London Business School, working on a wide
range of open and company-specific programmes. She is currently one of the school's
lead coaches. This has given her extensive experience in using a range of individual
and team developmental instruments, including 360 degree feedback, Belbin, and the
WIS motivational profile. She is also an accredited Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI®), TMS and NEO practitioner. Jani has degrees in Personnel
Management (USA), Psychology (UK) and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour (UK).
One of Jani's clients has commented that "Jani offered a variety of

where my judgement was sound and correct, building my confidence in my intuition.
She also challenged me and probed with good questions where I needed to investigate

Jani has worked with organisations such as John Lewis, Waitrose, Vision Capital,
Lloyd's Register, Morgan Stanley, Land Securities, Unilever, Capgemini, Coutts Group,
WPP, Merrill Lynch Investments, AXA Insurance, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bank of Scotland
(Ireland), Nestle, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Save the Children UK, RNLI and the Salvation
Army.
