Jani has been an international consultant since 1989. She is involved in organisational
and leadership development within a wide range of businesses worldwide. Over the
past few years she has concentrated on executive coaching, working individually
with senior leaders and high potential executives. Her proactive, warm and insightful
style has helped clients to transform their performance through systematically identifying
and addressing their development needs
Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Jani worked in Human Resources. She held
a range of roles in both America and Britain within the oil industry, food service
industry, recruitment consultancy and the public sector. She also spent three years
running her own business. This has provided her with broad experience which she
applies with great success to her coaching and consultancy roles.
For 20 years, Jani has been an associate of London Business School, working on a
wide range of open and company-specific programmes. These have given her extensive
experience in using a range of developmental instruments including 360 degree feedback.
She is also an accredited Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) practitioner. Jani
has degrees in Personnel Management (USA), Psychology and an MSc in Organisational
Behaviour (UK).
One of Jani's clients has commented that "Jani offered a variety of tools, help

Jani has worked with organisations such as John Lewis, Waitrose, Lloyd's Register, Morgan Stanley, Land Securities,
Unilever, Capgemini, Coutts Group, WPP, Merrill Lynch Investments, Ernst & Young,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bank of Scotland (Ireland), Nestle, Roche Pharmaceuticals,
Save the Children UK and the Salvation Army.
