Gerry Brannan has over twenty years' experience consulting to large organisations
internationally. For the last seven years he has specialised in coaching senior
executives, particularly at director level, and 'high potentials' across the public
and private sectors.
Gerry brings an empathic and challenging style to his coaching work which addresses
both developmental and performance issues. He has an excellent track record of success,
building rapport quickly and facilitating productive conversations early in the
coaching process. His approach combines a pragmatic focus on his clients' business
goals alongside supporting them to develop greater insight into their values and
longer-term priorities. Gerry has particular expertise in cross-cultural coaching
with individuals and teams.
Management consulting is at the heart of Gerry's business background, working with
Deloitte's and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he held a senior management position
with European responsibility. His business knowledge is enhanced by a professional
accounting qualification (ACMA) and an MBA from London Business School.
Gerry is a certified executive coach, a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching
Council (EMCC) and a member of Faculty at the School of Coaching. He has also completed
