As a long-established professionally accredited executive coach and management development
consultant, Brenda has over 25 years' experience in the field. She has a very strong
track record of success in working with leaders to generate powerful insights into
what both limits and enhances their performance. Her key coaching goals are to turn
these insights into concrete action leading to significant and sustainable personal
change, as well as positive business results.
Brenda has wide experience of developing leaders at the top of organisations - largely
at Managing Director and Board level. As well as individual coaching, she has regularly
run workshops and masterclasses for high-performance teams. Her psychological background
adds a particular dimension of sensitivity and human understanding to her work in
the commercial world.

Brenda has a professional executive coaching accreditation from the University of
Strathclyde, is a qualified member of the British Psychological Society and a fully
accredited member of APECS (Association for Professional Executive Coaches and Supervision).
She is also a qualified and highly-experienced Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®)
practitioner. She has degrees from Queen Mary College, London University in Modern
Languages, and from the London School of Economics in Social Sciences, with further
training at the Institute of Group Analysis and the Tavistock Institute of Human
Relations.
