Alisa Gudgeon

Ailsa Gudgeon is a highly-skilled voice and communication coach with an extremely successful track-record of working with senior and high potential clients from the corporate world.

Ailsa's expertise is drawn from a broad range of training and practice in professional theatre, theatre training and education. She has also sung professionally. This wealth of experience enables her to address a diverse range of communication needs in her business clients. These include: presenting with impact (both content and delivery), voice coaching, speaking style, leading and facilitating meetings, and developing leadership presence and charisma.

After graduating in Communication Studies, Ailsa taught English and Drama in secondary schools before training as a voice coach at the Central School of Speech and Drama. She has trained acting students in a range of high-profile establishments including LAMDA, Rose Bruford and Central. Professional theatre work has taken her to the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC), Glyndebourne Opera and the West End. After many years training students in voice and communication skills at the University of Westminster, she now trains the Conference Interpreters at the European Parliament.

Ailsa has received consistently excellent feedback from senior business clients. Recent work with a Board member of a large company led him to describe the impact of his three sessions with Ailsa as "wonderful...she has transformed the impact I make at Board meetings and outside."
