We have been tremendously fortunate to link up with people such as yourselves who have built an understanding of our business which has made the rapport something quite special.
Global Talent Management Director
Executive coaching with Sandler Lanz has accelerated my development – I found that the inherent discipline of reflecting on my achievements in the role regularly enabled me to quickly identify what had worked well and build on this.
Senior Partner and Head of Practice
Through challenge, discussion and feedback and the expertise of my coach I developed a more sophisticated understanding of what outstanding leadership is. Consequently I became a credible contender for a Board position and, following promotion, was far more effective in my new role.
Commercial Director
The Sandler Lanz team's success in the coaching of our executives is based on its practical and pragmatic approach, supported by exceptional psychological expertise.
Director of Organisational Development
Our senior executive group now demonstrate much greater self-awareness as a consequence of the development workshops they have been through with Catherine, Kate and their team, while individual coaching has lifted their self-confidence and strengthened their ability to lead others most effectively.

| | | - The Sandler Lanz coaching team consists of a small group
of hand-picked and highly experienced professional executive coaches. Founded in
1997 as Sandler Consulting, several of us have worked closely together for many
years. In March 2007, Kate Lanz became Executive Director, working with the Managing
Director Catherine Sandler to lead and develop the practice.
- The hallmarks of our work are clarity, depth and practical value - we aim to make
a clearly observable difference to our clients as rapidly as possible.
- Our coaching is distinguished by the length and depth of our experience in the field
and particularly by our expertise in both the psychological and business arenas.
We are able to bring to bear our knowledge and understanding of these two key areas
when tackling client issues.
- This dual perspective enables us to move readily in our coaching work between task-related
problems (e.g. an organisational restructure or a critical succession planning decision)
and interpersonal and emotional issues (e.g. overcoming a deep-rooted tendency to
avoid conflict which is hindering timely decision-making and performance management).
- At the heart of what we do is our determination to help the individuals and teams
with whom we work to realise their full potential - to become more successful in
achieving their business goals and leading their people and to gain more satisfaction
and enjoyment from their work.
- At the same time, we hold the wider interests of the client's organisation in mind
and ensure that its objectives are always kept centre-stage. We always take practical
steps to involve key stake-holders, including line-managers and human resources,
in the coaching process while protecting the confidentiality of the coaching session.
- Above all, we are committed to the interests and well-being of our clients - their
concerns and aspirations become our own and we invariably 'go the extra mile' to
deliver real value to them and their organisation.
